Job summary

Alpine Aerotech seeks a Structures Technician to fabricate, repair, modify, and restore aircraft structural components across a diverse helicopter fleet. You will ensure work meets SRMs, ADs, TBs, and approved data, with strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a Transport Canada-accredited Aviation Structures program.
  • AME-S Licence or pursuing certification.
  • Experience in structural repairs, sheet metal fabrication, or related aviation structures work.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structures and repair methodologies.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and approved data.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Design, lay out, and perform structural repairs in accordance with SRMs, ADs, TBs, engineering drawings, and approved data.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and fit structural components to precise specifications.
  • Perform sheet metal repairs and modifications across helicopter platforms.
  • Apply corrosion control and preservation processes to support aircraft reliability.
  • Inspect completed work for regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of repairs and fabrication.
  • Collaborate with technicians, inspectors, engineers, and leadership to meet production goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with repair methods.
