Job summary

Avmax Group in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Quality professional to perform final QC documentation reviews for avionics and MRO work packages. The role reports to the Director of Quality and requires strong attention to detail and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

You will verify accuracy of records, ensure proper sign-offs, and maintain traceability across parts, drawings, and certificates. Prior aviation document-control experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in aviation maintenance, component-shop, or technical-quality with documentation/certification focus.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft records, certifications, and sign-off processes.
• Proficient in English writing and records management.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QC documentation review of avionics, manufacturing, and aircraft work packages after inspections.
• Verify correct customer, aircraft, model, part numbers, serial numbers, and scope.
• Ensure all documents are legible, attached, and properly indexed with required references.
