Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Toronto is seeking a Program Reporting Analyst to support planning, monitoring and reporting for the LIFT program at Toronto Pearson.

The role will collect, manage and analyze data across multiple workstreams, turning complex project information into actionable insights for program leadership and stakeholders. You will develop executive dashboards with Power BI, support Earned Value Management, and collaborate with controls, scheduling, cost and risk teams to ensure data quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in project controls, program analytics, reporting, BI, or major capital projects.
• Expertise in data collection, data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and other reporting/visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to work onsite at Toronto Pearson Airport and build strong client/project team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, organize, and maintain program performance data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Analyze program data and provide insights related to schedule, cost, risk, scope, and overall program performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for program leadership and key stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting standards, templates, and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with project controls and delivery teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Support performance measurement activities, including Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
