Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or stores control, preferably in aviation or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with aviation parts, their specifications, and shelf-life requirements.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and tagging of incoming aircraft parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using an inventory management system (IMS).
• Organize and maintain the warehouse facility to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts.
• Issue parts to maintenance personnel, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering procedures to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations for part storage and handling.
