Alpine Aerotech is seeking an Information Systems Technician to support and administer our IT infrastructure, including virtual environments, servers, network, desktop and mobile systems, Microsoft 365, ERP, and related applications. Qualifications
- Diploma, degree, or certificate in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience providing technical support or administering IT systems in a business environment preferred.
- Experience with Windows desktop/server environments and enterprise apps considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and monitor virtual server environments and related infrastructure.
- Support Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Assist with server deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Provide end-user technical support and ensure system reliability and security.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and ERP/business applications.
