Job summary

International Test Pilot School (ITPS Canada) in North Bay is seeking a Flight Line Crew Member to support daily aviation operations on the ramp. The role involves aircraft ground handling, fueling, and coordination with maintenance and flight crews to ensure safe and efficient training activities.

You will operate and maintain ground support equipment, perform pre- and post-flight checks, and follow Transport Canada safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aviation ramp or ground handling preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures using standard hand signals.
• Tow, park, and secure aircraft with ground handling equipment.
• Refueling, oil servicing and replenishment of consumables on site.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight checks for visible damage or irregularities.
• Maintain cleanliness of exteriors and cockpits as required.
• Follow safety regulations and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Communicate aircraft status with crews and maintenance teams.
• Operate ground support equipment including tugs, GPU, hydraulic carts, and fueling gear.
• Support winter operations and other on-call duties as needed.
