Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking a Servicing Technician to support aircraft servicing and flight line operations. You will marshal, refuel, inspect, and configure aircraft for operational needs, working with pilots and maintenance teams onsite in Canada.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and precise maintenance record-keeping, with potential deployment travel after the first year. A valid driver’s license and eligibility for Canadian security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn maintenance tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.
• Eligible to satisfy export-control requirements including ITAR authorizations.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft servicing and flight line operations to ensure aircraft are maintained in a safe, serviceable condition.
• Work onsite and collaborate with pilots, maintenance personnel, and operational teams.
• Marshal, park, secure, tow, and start aircraft.
• Refuel aircraft and replenish aircraft systems.
• Perform through-flight inspections to verify serviceability.
• Conduct visual inspections and report discrepancies.
• Record maintenance and servicing activities in company systems (e.g., Maintenix).
• Occasional travel to deployment sites may be required after ~1 year in role.
