Job summary

Menzies Aviation Fueling (Canada) Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking a dedicated Fueler to support on‑tarmac operations, fueling and defueling aircraft safely and efficiently. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working outdoors in all weather, and the ability to obtain security clearances and DAVOP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to obtain and hold security clearances.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs. of material and equipment.
• Must pass DAVOP as required by GTAA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Quality Control checks on equipment.
• Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner.
• Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions.
• Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
• Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel.
• Responsible for defueling aircraft as directed.
• Use fuel trucks and hydrant carts to fuel aircraft.
• Attend mandatory training as per job role.
• Meet stations attendance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
