Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Winnipeg is seeking an Aircraft Fueler to support on-field fueling operations at YWG Airport. You will fuel and defuel aircraft, perform safety checks, and ensure accurate fuel accounting while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Valid Class G driver's license in good standing and security passes.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in Canada.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Quality Control checks on equipment.
• Perform fueling in safe and efficient manner.
• Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions.
• Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
• Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel.
• Responsible for defueling aircraft as directed.
• Use fuel trucks and hydrant carts to fuel aircraft.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs. of material and equipment.
• Calculating fuel distributions for a variety of aircraft.
• Driving a variety of light and heavy duty vehicles.
• Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Company and Airline procedures.
• Attend mandatory training as required.
• Meet stations attendance requirements.
