Job summary

Avia NG Airport Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Design-Build Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction of a major airport capital project in the Richmond Hill area. You will coordinate across design teams, engineers, and aviation specialists to ensure milestones are met and project scope is maintained, both onsite and in a hybrid work setting.

• 7–10 years of Design-Build project experience in aviation or major infrastructure.
• Experience in contract administration and coordination across design and construction teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and construction across multiple offices and disciplines.
• Support planning, design, and construction of airport capital projects.
• Prepare and review design submissions, drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Maintain design intent and constructability within an airport environment.
• Provide administrative support: meeting notes, project documentation, schedules.
