Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a major law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong drafting, negotiating and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; solid business judgment.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on contractual matters and other legal issues.
• Draft, review and comment on contractual documentation.
• Negotiate and support the client at all phases of a project from conception through LOI to final completion.
• Work on a variety of commercial transactions primarily focused on aircraft and aviation equipment.
