Job summary

Matrix Video Communications is seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Sales Account Manager for our Edmonton, AB location. You will drive AV solution sales, engage with clients, and manage the full engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and the integration team, executing sales strategies to grow new business, maintaining strong relationships, and forecasting sales. Travel occasionally; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years AV industry experience in client lifecycle management and direct sales.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with proven ability to pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify requirements and craft tailored AV solutions.
• Coordinate with integration team to manage AV projects, timelines, and resources.
• Drive sales strategies to grow new business and surpass revenue targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to position Matrix as the preferred AV provider.
• Stay informed on evolving AV technologies and industry trends.
• Manage quotes and proposals using QuoteWerks and Act! effectively.
• Support marketing initiatives to solicit bids and cultivate new client relationships.
• Forecast sales accurately to guide decision-making.
• Expand opportunities within existing accounts with new products and services.
