Qualifications

Experience with chambers applications and some exposure to trials/hearings.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Knowledge of BC family law legislation, rules, and court procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage a growing caseload of family law files with autonomy.
Provide strategic legal advice across a wide range of family matters.
Draft pleadings, agreements, and other family law documents.
Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
