Job summary

Suffolk GP Federation is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our community Ultrasound team. You will work in the clinic as a lone clinician and provide high-quality ultrasound services across East Suffolk, collaborating with a clinical administrator to maintain patient pathways.

The successful candidate will be UK Registered Sonographer on the HCPC specialist register, hold a postgraduate certificate in Medical Ultrasound, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• UK Registered Sonographer on the HCPC specialist register.
• Up-to-date knowledge of practices and guidelines.
• Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and files.
• Postgraduate certificate in Medical Ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound services in community clinics and across the service.
• Contribute to optimising the patient pathway and service efficiency.
• Work autonomously as a lone clinician with clinical administrator support.
