Bannister Automotive Group is hiring a Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician for Kamloops GM. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to OEM standards while collaborating with service Advisors to ensure clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman) required.
• Proven experience with diagnostics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• High attention to detail and doing the job right the first time.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software and OEM tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and maintenance per OEM standards.
• Complete multi-point inspections and recommend services.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors for clear customer communication.
• Finish repair orders efficiently with quality workmanship.
• Conduct post-repair test drives and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment; mentor teammates.
