Job summary

Centennial Nissan Summerside is seeking an Automotive Technician Apprentice to join our team. The position offers hands-on training with a pay rate of $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus benefits, working Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm in Summerside, PEI.

You gain experience in vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair while upholding safety and quality standards. A valid driver’s license is required; PEI MVI license is an asset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle electrical systems and fault diagnostics.
• Excellent standards of quality control and keeping accurate records.
• Attention to detail ensuring precision in all tasks.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• MVI license (PEI) will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Complete service or repair according to work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Provide customers with a great overall experience.
• Complete ongoing training.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
