Clutch Canada is scaling and seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across engineering, production, and software. You will own the integrated plan and drive alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program management within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial operations.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-workstream programs with capital and production targets.
• Strong technical fluency to challenge assumptions with engineering and production teams.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional decisions under real-time pressure and escalate when needed.
• Experience using integrated planning tools like Linear or Wrike to manage timelines and resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan across concurrent capex projects, opex initiatives, and production ramp targets.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and resource conflicts before they become issues.
• Drive tradeoff conversations with functional leads across Production, Engineering, Facilities, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain a resourcing view and flag capacity gaps and prioritization issues.
• Build recovery plans using real production data when a program slips.
