Job Summary

As a Service Technician, your main responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles. You will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. An active 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate is required, along with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer-approved processes

• Conduct test drives to verify repairs and identify potential problems

• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to provide timely updates and additional repair needs

• Estimate the time and resources required for additional repairs

• Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an automotive technician

• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management abilities

• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
