Job Summary

As a Service Technician, your main responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles. You will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. An active 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate is required, along with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer-approved processes

Conduct test drives to verify repairs and identify potential problems

Communicate directly with Service Advisors to provide timely updates and additional repair needs

Estimate The Time And Resources Required For Additional Repairs

Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate (mandatory)

Minimum 1 Year Of Experience As An Automotive Technician

Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management abilities

Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
