The role includes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship. You will work in a freshly renovated shop with a supportive team and opportunities for training and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification.
• Knowledge of brake, suspension, engine, and transmission systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and software.
• Experience estimating repairs and creating work orders.
• Able to take direction and work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
• Keep work area clean, safe and organized.
• Use tools and equipment safely according to shop procedures and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
