Great Canadian Oil Change 1204 (Grande Prairie) seeks a hands-on operations supervisor to lead daily site activities and ensure high standards of performance. You will oversee staffing, training, safety, and productivity, while shaping marketing and service strategies to meet consumer demand.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work exclusively on-site. This position emphasizes retail service operations and customer-focused results.

• Hire and train staff
• Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs
• Complete reports
• Inspect the cleanliness and practices of establishment employees
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Analyzes the administrative issues in order to provide help to the employee
