Job summary

Smithers Toyota is seeking a Supervisor of Cleaning staff to manage daily operations at our dealership and service areas. You will hire, train, and supervise cleaners, inspect sites for safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards on site.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, on-site work, and strong communication skills to lead a team in a fast-paced automotive environment. A secondary school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory cleaning role.
• Secondary school graduation is required.
• On-site work with no remote option.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
