Responsibilities

• Workflow & Dispatching: Prioritize and dispatch work with Technicians to maintain shop flow.
• Repair Order & Internal Work Management: Create/manage internal repair orders and service/inventory flow.
• Productivity Monitoring & Reporting: Track hours and report performance trends to management.
• Customer Communication & Support: Provide timely status updates and handle inquiries.
