Performance Hyundai in Canada is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build product knowledge on vehicles, rebates and financing options, and present competitive quotes to customers.

This full-time role offers a 100% commission structure with earnings history from 40,000 to 90,000 CAD per year, and access to health, dental and vision benefits, training, and career growth opportunities within Performance Auto Group.

Qualifications

• OMVIC Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dealer CRM system experience required.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on all interactions.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of vehicles, rebates and financing options.
• Present competitive quotes and manage customer expectations.
• Attend scheduled training and follow safety and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update customers on delivery progress.
