Job summary

Dartmouth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of AutoCanada, is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to guide customers online, by phone and in person through the vehicle purchase process. You will help clients select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms to fit their budgets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, a hunter mentality, and a proven record of building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales or service.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Valid CA driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, maintaining a professional environment.
• Explain features of new and used cars, financing options, and purchase processes.
• Build rapport with customers and follow up to drive appointments and sales.
• Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations and walk-throughs.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database for future sales.
