Magna International Limited in Ontario, Canada, seeks a Program Manager to own automotive programs from conception through production. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive APQP disciplines within the organization, with some travel involved.

Ideal candidates have a post-secondary diploma in business or engineering or 5+ years in high-volume mechanical production, and strong supplier/ OEM collaboration experience.

Competenze

• Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or Engineering OR minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of high-volume production mechanical devices involving knowledge of manufacturing, supplier technical representation with OEM’s.

Mansioni

• Manage, monitor and analyze key tasks, activities and cost through the multiple phases of the program.
• Ownership for programs from conception to production. (“Cradle To Grave”)
• Lead cross-functional teams and hold team members accountable to timelines and budgets.
• Interface with Project Managers on program related new business opportunities.
