Key Responsibilities

  • Research and troubleshoot complex product issues when answers are not immediately known, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations to resolve technical challenges and improve product performance
  • Track customer interactions, warranty returns, and technical issues using Excel and other tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor market trends and review product catalogs to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for future product development
  • Deliver virtual product training (Zoom/Teams) to customers and distributors; in‑person training may follow
  • Support distributor relationships and help maintain an existing client base, including occasional U.S. travel
Must Haves
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a technical customer service, product support, or mechanical advisory role
  • Strong mechanical understanding of automotive systems (hands‑on experience helpful, but this is not a hands‑on role)
  • Experience answering technical and warranty‑based questions related to automotive products
  • Ability to interpret product failures, installation issues, and diagnostic codes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking to customers via phone and email
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail when handling technical data, warranty claims, and customer follow‑ups
  • Comfortable working independently as a self‑starter in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets and general technical tracking tools
  • Ability to travel to the United States (up to 20%)
