PartSource in Canada is seeking a PartsPro to identify correct automotive parts using our parts lookup system and to assist customers with suitable automotive solutions. You will contribute to sales growth while upholding PartSource brand integrity and store policies.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork. The position requires flexibility for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, and a focus on safety and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for automobiles with foundational knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including point of sale.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Familiarity with PPE and safety gear.
• Driver's license is an asset.

• Utilize the PartSource Operating System and external vendor platforms to identify correct parts, process transactions, and sell appropriate automotive parts solutions.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Ensure completion of assigned store tasks in a timely manner.
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards, including maintaining proper merchandise placement.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Regularly communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.

Our typical hiring range is between $18.60 and $21.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
