Job summary

CSN Collision in Canada is seeking an experienced automotive refinisher to prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply primers and topcoats. You will inspect finishes, perform touch-ups, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced shop.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' refinishing experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable teamwork. Health benefits are available as part of our standard package.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and other finishes using spray guns and hand tools.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects; perform touch-ups as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination or accidents.
• Handle heavy lifting of parts or materials safely while adhering to safety guidelines.
