Job summary

CSN Autotrend in Ontario seeks an experienced Automotive Refinisher to prepare surfaces, sand, mask, clean, and apply primers and finishes with spray guns and hand tools.

You will mix colors, inspect results, perform touch-ups, and uphold safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced shop. A minimum of 3 years' refinishing experience, independence, teamwork, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive refinishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and other finishes using spray guns and hand tools.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects; perform touch-ups as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination or accidents.
