Job summary

Kelowna Toyota is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team on-site in Kelowna. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, perform road tests, and complete maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive experience and a valid driver’s licence; a manual transmission capable driver is preferred. Certification as an Automotive Service Technician is required.

• Valid driver’s licence; ability to drive manual transmission.
• Automotive Service Technician Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
• Inspect motor in operation and road test motor vehicles.
• Test automotive systems and components; adjust or replace parts as needed.
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components; test and adjust to manufacturer specs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service and advise customers on repair needs.
