An established automotive manufacturing organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams across product development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive base salary plus annual bonus and benefits. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. The position is strictly onsite, emphasizing effective communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment.
• Previous experience leading engineers or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (stamping, welding, automation, or similar).
• Support product development and production programs.
• Comfortable working in a fully onsite manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams, including engineers and technical leads.
• Provide direction across product development, manufacturing launch, and production support.
• Ensure engineering deliverables align with quality, cost, timing, and customer requirements.
• Monitor engineering KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, and performance.
• Promote continuous improvement across engineering processes.
