Job summary

Aviva Canada/Aviva AutoCare Centre in Mississauga is seeking a Workshop Coordinator (Detailer) to support daily operations in our new facility. You will perform final cleaning, interior detailing, and prep work to ensure vehicles are spotless before delivery.

Qualifications

• Automotive detailing experience preferred in collision repair.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, compounds, waxes and polishing tools.
• Ability to identify defects in paint and bodywork.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend or lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good communication with production and management teams.
• Time management and ability to meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform final cleaning on vehicles after body and paint repairs.
• Vacuum and clean interior areas affected by repair work.
• Wipe down interior panels, glass and surfaces to remove contaminants.
• Conduct final walk-around inspections for imperfections before delivery.
• Assist with masking and prepping interiors/exteriors as required.
• Move vehicles between departments, stalls, and parking areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of detailing area, tools, towels and equipment.
• Support workshop lead in cleanliness, organization and production flow.
• Follow safety protocols related to chemicals, coatings and equipment.
