Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle exterior by hand, with brush or washing equipment.
• Polish, dry and clean windshields, windows, lights and exterior surfaces.
• Buff, polish and apply wax to protect and preserve the vehicle exterior.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean the vehicle interior; minor stain removal as needed.
• Keep the shop clean by sweeping and daily trash removal.
• Power wash the shop floor as required to reduce dirt buildup.
• Maintain and organize vehicles in the parking lot including keys and mats.
• Support the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to ensure quality and productivity.
