Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking an attentive Detailer to pre-wash and detail vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes for customers. The role involves exterior washing, polishing, and interior cleaning, while maintaining a clean shop and organized lot.

You will work with teammates to meet standards under the WOW plan, contributing to overall efficiency and an excellent customer experience. Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid driver's license, and adhere to company safety and training

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles, including exterior washing, polishing, and interior cleaning.
• Pre-wash and prep vehicles before production and final delivery to customers.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organized parking areas; support KPI targets.
• Work with team to ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan quality and productivity standards.
• Assist with daily lot organization, keys, mats, and RO signs as needed.
