Multimatic-In in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking an Automotive Detailer to wet sand and polish newly painted body panels for vehicle assembly on the Ford Mustang GTD. The role offers hands-on work with high-performance vehicles and exposure to the latest automotive technology.

Training is provided, and candidates should have experience in auto body finishing and repair, plus the ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with minimal supervision. Shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body finishing and repair.
• An understanding of composite component construction is an asset.
• Ability to interpret basic instructions both verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shift work.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Mask appropriate areas as required.
• Wet-sand and polish components utilizing various buffing techniques.
• Identify and correct paint defects (Debris in paint, Runs, Sags, Solvent Pop).
• Maintain polishing tools and materials.
