Concentrix Belleville, ON, recherche un(e) Représentant du service client automobile avec expérience en vente et centre d'appels. Vous répondrez aux appels entrants, identifierez les besoins et proposerez des services d'abonnement adaptés tout en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux.

Vous bénéficierez d'une rémunération horaire de 20 CAD, de primes liées à la performance, et d'avantages tels que l'assurance maladie, des congés payés et un régime REER.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about their services; will identify their specific needs and provide information on subscription services that offer the most value to them
• Upsell subscription services as they apply to customer needs and meet sales targets
• Website navigation/referring them to published materials, secondary sources. Assistance with the GPS Navigating system
• Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile

Your Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a sales environment - Need to be comfortable in sales environment as there are sales targets
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. Quick thinking
• Ability to speak confidently/ Good communication skills
• Technical aptitude/AI Comfortable – website navigation setting up GPS Navigating systems -able to use guiding language
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy - will be communicating in written format with customers Via emails and SMS. Grammatical errors are a flag
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• The base salary range for this position is $20.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
