Job summary

CSN Collision Waterloo is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers and insurers through inquiries, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation. You will work closely with our repair team to keep claims moving and ensure accurate records.

This role requires strong communication, basic accounting familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. We value teamwork and service excellence, and offer a stable daytime schedule in a busy collision shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer & Vendor Support: handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, with professional updates.
• Invoice, Payment & Claims Processing: enter invoices, post payments, create repair invoices, and maintain records.
• Scheduling & Coordination: book appraisal, repair, rental, and sublet appointments; confirm drivability and towing needs.
• Document & System Management: maintain digital and physical filing, update notes, scan and post invoices.
• Vehicle & Courtesy Car Handling: check in courtesy cars, record mileage/condition, manage parts claims.
• Insurance & Claims Administration: explain processes, verify deductibles, prepare claim paperwork.
• Customer Experience & Compliance: ensure clear communication, CSI reviews, WHMIS and PIPEDA compliance.
• General Office Support: assist with administration, cost management, and workspace upkeep.
• 3–5 years in customer service, accounts payable/receivable is an asset.
• 3–5 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ARMS, Mitchell, Reynolds, Collision Link, Progi Parts or similar inventory systems.
• Valid Driver's license.
