OREMOR Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller/Accounting Clerk in Canada to manage vehicle documentation, post sales data, and support inventory and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automotive billing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of WebDealer is a plus. This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive billing/accounting experience
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Record sales, profit, and commissions on all sold units and track vehicle inventories.
• Post vehicle sales to accounting.
• Audit car deals for documentation standards and verify contracts.
• Verify documents are signed and completed correctly.
• Process paperwork promptly.
• Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions.
• Reconcile monthly schedules and post inventory-related invoices.
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
• Remit warranty, gap, and policies sold from car deals.
• Process warranty cancellations and refunds to institutions.
