Job summary

ATS Life Sciences Systems in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Customer Training Coordinator to design, deliver and manage technical training for customers in automation and life sciences.

You will analyze training needs, develop curricula, run classes at the Training Centre and on site, and ensure knowledge transfer with exams and reports. The role offers incentives, health benefits, RRSP match, stock plans, 3 weeks vacation, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training requirements for customer needs.
• Operate scheduled classes within the Training Centre and at customer sites.
• Maintain training database, including evaluation, certification and tracking of ATS customer trainees.
• Assist in development of technical curriculum such as student course books in Automation Systems and Safety.
• Maintain, execute and develop training procedures to support production schedules.
• Integrate training manuals with training materials and verify delivery to customers.
• Develop and conduct programs to train customers in equipment installation, programming, safety, maintenance and repair.
• Prepare training quotations for customers.
• Provide monthly reports detailing training activity.
