ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. in Canada is seeking a Customer Training Coordinator on a 12-month contract to design and deliver training for automation customers.

The role focuses on analyzing training needs, developing curricula, and conducting in‑person classes at ATS sites and client locations. The ideal candidate holds a three‑year college diploma in electrical or automation engineering technology, has 2+ years in automation service or assembly, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
• Two years of experience in automation assembly, repair or service.
• Familiar with word processing, basic CAD, and PC usage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training requirements and develop courses for customer needs.
• Operate scheduled classes within the Training Centre and at customer sites.
• Maintain training database, evaluate and track ATS customer trainees.
• Develop technical curriculum and training manuals for automation systems.
• Schedule classes and ensure knowledge transfer and safety during training.
