• 5+ years PLC/HMI design and programming experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with PLC programming across major platforms (Wonderware, Rockwell AB, GE, Siemens).
• HMI programming experience (Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell Factory Talk SE, etc.).
• On-site commissioning and start-up experience.
• Understanding of industrial environments, engineering, and production processes.
• PLC/HMI troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.
• Ability to travel and work away from home.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Oil & Gas Automation Specialists - 2/2 Rotation - Fly-In & Fly-Out + Accommodations Provided - TX, NM

Crimson Group is seeking experienced Automation Specialists to join their team, working on oil and gas projects in the Permian/Delaware Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. This fly-in/fly-out role offers a 2 week on/2 week off rotation, premium accommodations, and the chance to work with advanced automation and control systems. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and have strong experience in PLC/HMI programming within the oil and gas sector.
