Job summary

DuroByte Inc. is seeking an Automation Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of custom industrial automation projects across Canada, the USA, and beyond. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with customers to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and profitable.

Travel up to 25% may be required. This role reports to the Technical Director and requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in automation project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years automation project management experience.
• Experience negotiating with customers and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across sales handoffs, design, controls, software, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor customer relations and ensure consistent communication and support.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation through lifecycle.
