Qualifications

• ,Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical diploma is required.
• +Minimum 5 years of controls and data acquisition experience in automotive manufacturing.
• +Strong PLC programming, robotics, HMI, servo controls and automation knowledge.
• +Experience leading or participating in multidisciplinary projects; strong communication.
• +Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and industrial automation software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems.
• Program PLCs including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and ControlLogix platforms.
• Program and maintain HMI and servo control systems.
• Program and support robotics and automation systems.
• Coordinate and supervise machine startups and process launches.
• Design control panels, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Utilize WonderWare software applications.
• Train and support maintenance personnel on automation operation and programming.
• Mentor licensed electricians in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Lead automation cell improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems.
