Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support building systems and sustain efficient operations in a client facility. You will repair and maintain MHE and robotic systems, ensuring safe, reliable performance and continuous improvement of equipment.

Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, documenting activities, and coordinating with the Client and Operations teams. Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of related experience or training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Able to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
  • Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE, belts, motors, and sensors.
  • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
  • Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
  • Track and manage department inventory.
  • Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations teams.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
