You will shape automation strategy from concept through deployment, lead cross‑functional teams, mentor colleagues, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality and reliability through advanced tools and system integration.

As an Automation Lead, you will drive automation strategy and execution across complex projects, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more safely. From concept through deployment, your work will influence how infrastructure is designed, delivered, and operated across Western Canada and beyond.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK and YT: $135,200 – $179,100

MB and ON: $123,300 – $169,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI and QC: $122,100 – $162,200

NOTE: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided may be subject to change for business purposes.
