Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a client service professional to provide daily operational support and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will resolve issues promptly, handle escalations, and address opportunities during client service interactions.

You will manage transactional requests, publish reports and dashboards, and apply product knowledge to guide clients to the right resources. Collaboration and adherence to regulatory requirements are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services or Service Excellence in banking is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred; related discipline or commensurate experience considered.
• Specialized knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational service support and ensures the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
• Resolves client problems promptly, escalations and investigation of service needs for clients.
• Publishes regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and services, directing clients to the most relevant resources.
• Contributes to development of new products or services based on insights from client interactions.
• Engages with clients to diagnose service needs and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
• Responds to and facilitates resolution of client service requests.
• Collects and analyzes client feedback to identify service gaps and optimize client satisfaction.
• Ensures all interactions, documentation and resolutions comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Completes complex tasks within given rules and may handle escalations.
• Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
