As an Automation Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting an Automation Community of Practice (CoP). You will work closely with various departments to create change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
  • Provide training and support on selected Automation Platform (Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Provide support on the transition to automated processes.
  • Build robust training curriculums for the Community of Practice
  • Build & maintain communication channels between CoP members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology and diffuse best practices within the CoP
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in change management, project management, or a similar role within an Automation context. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform would be an asset
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Job Status:Regular - Full Time

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
