Job summary

Martell Group is hiring to own the automation backbone for Martell Media in Kelowna. You’ll maintain Stripe → HubSpot workflows, add AI features, and strengthen reporting and renewals. You’ll collaborate across teams to ship scalable automations and ensure reliable customer experiences.

You’ll work in a mature stack with real customers relying on it daily, using Claude/Cursor/Copilot and modern tooling to improve the platform over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Python services in production.
• Systems thinker who traces data across multiple services end-to-end.
• AI-native builder with production feature experience using LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the automation backbone: Stripe → HubSpot CRM → access management.
• Own internal services: daily revenue reporting, AI pipelines, renewals.
• Build production AI features and integrations across tools.
• Run HubSpot ops: workflows, properties, reporting integration.
• Maintain compliance and deliverability for messaging and email.
