Job summary

The Martell Group seeks a skilled engineer to own the automation backbone for Martell Media in Kelowna, Canada. You’ll manage Stripe → HubSpot → access systems, CI/CD, and AI features that compound over time, delivering reliable workflows for stakeholders.

You’ll operate within a mature stack with real customers relying on it every day. You’ll enable teammates, ship new automations, and build repeatable patterns to prevent future questions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Python services in production.
• You see the whole and the parts at the same time, tracing data across systems.
• Your teammates’ coding language is English; you level up others.

Responsibilities

• Operate the customer lifecycle automation suite: Stripe payments → HubSpot CRM → Mighty Networks access, covering onboarding, offboarding, upgrades, and renewals.
• Own and evolve our internal services: daily revenue reporting, AI pipelines, donation and renewal page backends, video/event integrations, and customer renewal monitoring.
• Build production AI features: coaching context system, a chrome-extension sales copilot, and conversation classification pipelines.
• Run HubSpot ops: workflow maintenance, property management, brand configuration, marketing contact tier optimization, API integrations for executive reporting.
• Maintain compliance + deliverability: SalesMsg / Twilio A2P 10DLC, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, marketing email IP health.
